How to do it?

Using the cup, after a bit of patience with first inserting, it is convenient and quick. Before you try enough the cup, don´t cut the extended endings - the stalk, which serves to better grip during pulling out! After testing, you can (you do not have to) gradually reduced the stalk to a satisfactory length or cut it off completely. 

It is important that you boil your Yuuki cup before each period at least for five minutes. This will get rid of all bacteria, which could get on cup during its storage. Be careful to have enough water in the container where you boil the cup! It is necessary that the whole cup is immersed in water to prevent its deformation. 

Before the cup insertion, wash your hands and fold the cup. Find the most comfortable position. Predominantly it is the squat position. Folded cup insert to the vagina so that the bottom cup was approx. 1 cm from the entrance of vagina. After inserting, the cup stretchs and sticks to the vaginal wall. The strech of the cup you check by mild turn of the cup or by encirclement with finger aroung it. It is easear to insert wet cup or for better insertion is possible to use lubricating gel, which is composed on the water-base.

It is possible that after the first insertion the cup flows, because the edge of the cup completely did not stick to the vaginal wall. Just don´t panic. It's completely normal and every woman must learn the method of insertion, which makes it convenient. You'll see that the little patience pays off.

For each woman is a force of menstruation different. Therefore, the cup removal can not be accurately determined. The usual cycle to empty the cup is between 4 - 8 hours. Removing the cup is easier to perform again in the squat. Grab the stalk and carefully remove the cup. Pulling out process you can simplify by using the vaginal muscles. Rinse the cup with water and apply it again. If you want to wash the cup with soap, use only a neutral soaps for the purpose designated.
